Shoot is a small vertical farm based in Bristol. We grow micro herbs & salads , for chefs and home cooks. Since 2020 we’ve been busy pioneering a new way to grow food sustainably. Our vertical farm uses hydroponics, LED lighting & renewable energy to grow indoors all year round. We harvest 104 times a year for amazing freshness, jam packing nutrition & flavour into every bite. Every batch of greens is harvested fresh ready for delivery to customers – offering the very best in freshness and flavour.
