Chief Pitmaster Adam grew up in Perth, Australia surrounded by family, food and fun times. From an early age, Adam was exposed to a variety of cooking techniques and now has close to 4 decades of BBQ experience. Many of his family members took pride in teaching him their own special talents. As a company, The Aussie Smoker Ltd proudly utilises these tried and tested family recipes. These recipes have now travelled generations and continents to end up here in the UK for you to enjoy. On one of his adventures, Adam met a beautiful English girl and his life would change forever. They lived in Perth for many years before making the journey to live in Cornwall, UK and have a family of their own.
