Whilst on a surfing holiday in Australia, good friends Simon Hacking and Stephen Morgan combined their skills to co-found The Shaldon Bakery, home of the Surfing Bakers! The bakery’s ethos is simple – offer quality products and services to its customers. Using traditional slate bed peel ovens and techniques honed over 30 years in the industry is what makes this bakery special.
