The Bosko Bus

Our aim is to create food that gives back to an often forgotten part of us, OUR GUT. By developing creative foodie ideas to combine the tantalising taste trifecta, while giving our digestive system some fermented love so that in the long term our immune systems will be mightier than ever!

We are a family run business with a common interest, FEEDING YOUR GUTS. The Bosko's Bus was created to provide gut conscious food as well as being utterly delish.

In all of that we found by eating more fermented, whole grain foods and by mixing up our meals to achieve a balanced diet it generally tackled the issue, and we wanted to stick this knowledge to all of you guys in a Wrap, Bap & Bowl. 

There's a real hunger for happy guts in our truck, a happy gut is a happy head!
