We are a progressive, family run dairy farm in North Devon, and run a grass based, autumn block calving dairy system. We are passionate about free range dairy farming, cow welfare and sustainability on a commercial scale and have over the past 14 months started to bottle some of our milk and very recently, make ice cream as a means of directly connecting to customers locally in order to promote the way we farm and help dispel some of the negativity in the industry. Our product portfolio now includes bottled whole milk (as it comes, straight from the cow, changing with the seasons) and semi skimmed milk, which simply has half of the cream removed. Our brand new ice cream range uses whole milk and our homemade clotted cream. The majority of of our flavours are embellished with ingredients from other local producers to make them extra special.
