We are a small distillery located a stones throw from Poole Quay in Dorset, producing two unique premium products. 

Seaweed Botanical Vodka (Taste of the West GOLD & IWSC GOLD awards)

This evocative small batch botanical vodka offers you an experience like no other. An expertly crafted intricate blend of five hand-foraged organic British seaweeds create stunning undercurrents of umami flavour. This subtle depth of flavour is further enhanced by ripples of wasabi, galangal, yuzu, bergamot and sea buckthorn dancing on the surface. Each botanical vodka is separately vacuum distilled to extract and retain the freshness that nature intended. Finally, we add a pinch of Dorset sea salt to re-mineralise the purest of water with which the spirit is cut. Let your taste buds take the plunge and transport yourself directly to the water’s edge.

Seaweed Spiced Rum

An exquisite blend of Barbadian and South American rums, barrel aged over oak for a minimum of three to five years, offering a luxurious depth of flavour with subtle bourbon undertones. Gently spiced, with fathoms of umami, alongside fresh top notes and a hint of sweetness. This smooth and beautifully balanced rum contains fourteen meticulously selected botanicals. Four hand-foraged British seaweeds, including Pepper Dulse, “The Truffle of the Sea”, raw Dorset honey, cacao & ginger. The rest remain a secret!
