CowBee Bristol - House Made Gelato & Fresh Baked Waffles

Cows make milk. Bees make honey. We bring the two ingredients together - plus a few others - to create delicious ice cream (strictly speaking it's gelato), desserts and cakes. That's cowbee. We care what we serve you! So our gelato is made on the premises using local organic milk, organic cream & honey from our own bees (we have 5 WBC hives and a history of bee stings to prove it).    Our dessert café is in the heart of Bristol, on College Green -you can see the Cathedral & fountains from your seat. It is filled with sunshine and with yummy things to brighten your day. Our mouth watering waffles are freshly baked to order, topped with our house-made gelato or try our savoury waffles with smoked salmon, smoked bacon, house-made pulled pork or beef chilli, drizzled with our specially made artisan sauces. Served with freshly ground barista coffees, speciality teas, beers, wines or a range of gins.    We look forward to welcoming you to our lovely family-owned independent dessert café.
