Clinton Venison is produced from wild roe deer on the Clinton Estate which are stalked and butchered by the Estate Ranger, Tom Garner. The full range of products are sold at the local farmers' market as well as delivered direct to customers. The meat is low in cholesterol, high in omega fatty acids and iron.
