Handmade cheese using milk from our herd of cows and other local farms. Handmade with care in Gloucestershire village of Leonard Stanley. Traditional cheeses made, such as Double Gloucester, Single Gloucester, Leonard Stanley Cheddar, Holy Smoked (Smoked Single Gloucester - smoked over real oak chippings) and innovative cheeses such as Three Virgins (Cheshire type), Scary Mary, and Nympsfield (fresh cheese)
