We are a father and son team who have decided to share our passion in traditional artisan smoked food with YOU! After discovering the great taste of smoked food over 15 years ago we started to develop our skills being taught by our old friend Tom Hill. From our very first smoked Salmon we caught the bug… and so did our friends. As keen Barbecue hosts our smoked prawns and salmon were a massive hit. Before we knew it we were inundated with friends requesting our smoked foods from duck breasts to our beloved smoked prawns. This soon escalated and we were smoking for friends of friends of friends. With some years gone by and a lot of persuasion from all who have tried our food we have decided it was finally time to share our pride and passion for smoked food with you.
Our products include cold and hot smoked salmon, gravlax salmon, oak smoked prawns, apple smoked bacon and gammon steaks, a selection of smoked cheeses and a whole host of delicacies from our pantry - including oak smoked coffee and oak smoked almonds.
