Lynher Dairies Ltd

Lynher Dairies is the home of Cornish Yarg, Wild Garlic Yarg, Cornish Kern and Stithians. Every bit of it is made in our small, rural dairy in mid Cornwall. We’ve been wrapping our Cornish Yarg in nettle leaves since the 1980s. Our Wild Garlic followed,  with our newest cheese Cornish Kern winning Supreme Champion at the World Cheese Awards in 2017.

We sell Yarg, Kern and Stithians in a range of sizes direct from our dairy in Cornwall and from our online shop. Find us in delis, farm shops and supermarkets throughout the UK too.
