We make handmade proper sausage rolls in our little production kitchen in Mells, outside of Frome, 10 miles south of Bath. The pastry is made to a secret recipe known only by us and is handmade, light and flaky. The meat and dairy that we use is real free range: outdoor reared, high welfare and locally sourced from East Somerset smallholdings and farms. We pride ourselves on making the best sausage rolls we can, without skimping, and then going from there – which is why we are becoming so popular.
We work shows and events across the country and have a nationwide home delivery and wholesale service.
