Cornish Country Cordials

Our multi- award winning cordials and fruity cider vinegars are handmade in Cornwall's Tamar Valley, overlooking the Devon border with long views towards Dartmoor. Delicious with still or sparkling water, sipped hot to sooth and warm your cockles, they're even better with mocktails, spritzers, bubbles and cocktails. We started producing in 2010 using locally-grown fresh fruit – mainly Cornish apples, plums, strawberries, blackcurrants, elderflowers and rhubarb from the surrounding orchards and market gardens. Since then we have added lemons, oranges, limes and ginger to our range and are continually tweaking our recipes to make them even more delicious. We do not add anything artificial. No aspartame or saccharine with their strange metallic or bitter aftertastes, just straightforward sugar and the “ping” from citric acid, which with gentle pasteurisation helps the cordials last for up to 12 months unopened. With no artificial preservatives, once opened the cordials should be kept in the fridge for 7 days, or diluted with an equal amount of water and frozen in ice cube trays, ready for popping straight into your waiting glass! No allergens such as sulphites or gluten and totally suitable for vegans, coeliacs and anyone wishing to steer away from highly-processed commercial drinks.
