Rikki started making chilli jam from his own recipe in his small kitchen in Easton around 2017. During the pandemic he founded Easton Chilli. Within 2 years of running Easton Chilli, he has made over 1600 jars of delicious chilli jam (about 340 litres!) across 12 different recipes, and the products are currently stocked in 15 stores around Bristol.
