Southwestern Distillery

The vision behind our small Cornish distillery is to make great-tasting spirits with integrity. Southwestern Distillery is an independent, family company handcrafting spirits in tiny batches in North Cornwall. We use traditional techniques, quality ingredients and old-fashioned equipment. Tarquin's Gin and Cornish Pastis are distilled using a special flame-fired copper pot. Our bottles are all individually filled, corked, sealed, labelled, numbered and waxed by hand. Fresh, contemporary and delicious, the spirits are inspired by the wild Atlantic Ocean and blended with local spring water.
