Cornish based confectionery connoisseurs, Copperpot Fudge, are launching a new flavour: Maple Syrup Fudge!

 

Oh Canada! Taking a red leaf from our Canadian cousins they've combined the sweet and smooth flavour of maple syrup with our crumbly buttery fudge to make a decidedly different yet curiously moreish fudge that you won’t be able to get enough of. This latest addition to the St Ives fudge-makers is now available online.

 

Maple Syrup is made from the sap of the Sugar, Red and Black Maple tree giving the sticky sweetness a woody depth.  Over 80% of the maple syrup drizzled and poured comes from Canada.

 

Managing Director Mark Brian says: “As autumn draws to a close we thought this was the perfect time to launch our Maple Syrup Fudge. The Maple Syrup adds a distinct, spicy sweet flavour to the crumbly butter fudge making a decidedly different and moreish taste.”

 

The new flavour is available online with delivery to UK and Europe. The product is naturally gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians.
