My family originate from the Gujerat region of North West India via Africa. My food is authentic, wholesome home cooking served in a communal setting, as we would at home. I source the majority of my ingredients locally which lends itself to my regionally inspired dishes. Offering light Indian snacks and a cup of chai, using my family chai masala recipe, which you can enjoy on the premises, surrounded by the smells of Indian cooking and ambience.
