Drinks Kitchen is the start-up of Alli Briaris. Originally developing the range with the help of her friend Neil, she creates and hand-makes non-alcoholic aperitif in Somerset. Alli has always worked in the drinks industry, latterly creating and innovating products for many different brands. It seemed only natural to finally be doing it for herself. Drinks Kitchen create​ non-alcoholic drinks packed full of flavour. We have poured our hearts into creating these special recipes using the finest quality botanical extracts and distillates.
