Cormacks Seafood specialises in day boat fish and shellfish, direct from the coastlines of Devon and Cornwall. We’re proud to work with fishers who use selective, traditional fishing methods. On offer every day is a range of freshly landed and prepared fillets and whole fish, as well as chilled and live shellfish such as crab, lobsters, clams, and mussels.
From the fish shop, Chef Aarik makes everything by hand. The best part of the fish is reserved for the fillets, the tails are lovingly made into a variety of ready-to cook seafood meals which have been inspired by his years of working in kitchens around the globe. The largest fish are aged in our salt chamber, which helps to firm the texture of the fish and allows for a crispy skin upon cooking.
