Somerset has some of the best produce in the country and at Clavelshay Barn we are committed to selecting the very best local growers and suppliers for our food. Our fantastic Head Chef Olivier Certain makes all dishes on the premises, except the ice cream and sorbet which is made for us by a local dairy farm. Bread is baked daily and even the water on the table is from our farm’s own spring. There is a fully licensed bar and an interesting wine list too.
