Bini Ludlow cooks authentic Indian cuisine, having learnt her skills and knowledge about spices from her mother and her extended family, many of whom still live in the Gujarat region of Western India.
With a starting budget of £200, Bini runs Sweet Cumin cookery school aimed at adults and young budding chefs to learn how to combine different spices to produce tasty authentic Indian food. Bini was listed in the Guardian as the Top Foodie Courses in the U.K 2016.
Bini has achieved the Taste of the West South West Winner of Best Local Food to Go 2015, has 11 Great Taste Awards (2013-2017) and a finalist for Delicious Magazine 2016.
Bini's award winning frozen ready meal curries are all gluten free, 9 dishes to choose from ( including vegan and vegetarian dishes) using the best ingredients sourced from the South West and are all cooked in her production kitchen in Somerset. She also caters for pubs and organisations who would like to serve authentic curry on their menus.
