Straightway Head House offers luxury bed and breakfast near Whimple in the heart of the East Devon countryside, between Exeter and Honiton. You will be welcomed with a Devon cream tea served in the library with homemade scones, strawberry jam and shortbread; Cally is a Cordon bleu trained cook with many years experience in the kitchen. We also provide a three course dinner upon request. We offer a varied Aga-cooked breakfast menu with homemade bread, preserves and granola. Only the best, locally sourced ingredients are used for our breakfasts including eggs from our neighbours' hens, sausages and black pudding made locally in Ottery St. Mary, and dry cured bacon from free range happy pigs that are reared jsut a few fields away.
We are a family run business serving freshly made, stone-baked pizzas and breads at festivals and events. We make the pizzas and breads from scratch using the finest home grown and local ingredients. Pizzas are baked in our mobile wood-fired ovens.
