Situated in the National Trust Parke Estate with over 250 acres of park land and river walks, this independent business runs as a cafe serving all local and seasonal produce with an open kitchen where everything is baked and made on the premises. Evening service Thursday-Saturday turns the cafe into a dining destination.

We pride ourselves in creating our entire menu on site - from potted Portland Crab to our home-baked cakes. Local produce is foremost in our ethos. We use eggs and vegetables from Dorset Landskills Trust as well as the wealth of meat, game and fish readily available from the surrounding countryside.
The award winning tea rooms provide not only cream teas but a varied menu using locally sourced produce where possible with nearly all food made on the premises. We specialise in homemade scones, cakes, soups, quiches and chutneys along with delicious Cornish pasties, cheeses, jams, fish (caught fresh from local waters) and our own beef and lamb. We also have vintage china to hire for your own special occasion.
Situated in the Cornish fishing port of Looe, the award winning Courtyard offers a warm and friendly welcome to all. A key focus is placed on using the freshest, local fish, shellfish, meat and farm produce throughout its seasonally changing menu. Come on in, or dine al fresco in our mediterranean garden, and join us for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or just a coffee and slice of cake!
"The South West's best craft beach bar by a country mile", Devon Life. Award-winning cafe bar set in the heart of the unspoilt fishing village of Hope Cove. Family run and using local produce. Open all year round.
Stunning views, Napoleonic forts, rare wildlife and superb coastal walks – a visit to Berry Head has something for everyone (even before trying our fabulous food)!
The Berry Head fort was built at the very start of the 19th century, to protect a battery of guns on the end of the headland. There has been a tea room in the Guardhouse for over 100 years but a modern extension in 2008 created the current light and airy cafe, which can seat 40 guests, with lots of space on wooden tables and picnic blankets outside in warm weather.
We serve a range of local, home-made hot and cold food, quality coffee and Teapigs tea, alcoholic and soft drinks - and of course the famous Guardhouse Cream Teas! Our specials board changes seasonally and features unusual but delicious home-made food. Our cakes and brownies are made by local ladies.
