At Freemans Catering, in Plymouth, Devon, we are mobile caterers that supply our seven trailers for all types of outdoor shows. Our plaice, lemon sole, monkfish, John Dory, hake and pollock are all landed in South West ports. We only buy from reputable suppliers who are able to trace back to where their fish was landed. From June to December we use local Devon potatoes. At Hanburys you can enjoy good fish and chips as locally sourced and sustainable as possible.
