Cofton Country Holidays is a four star family holiday park in South Devon. At Coften we have a pub on site, Cofton Swan, which is exclusive for our guests. Our pub has a choice of seating areas which include views of the swimming pool from the patio, our main bar which has disabled access and, finally, our top bar with views over the pool and surrounding area. We serve delicious home-cooked food and source our produce locally wherever possible.

The Ship is a family run pub, nestling in the seaside village of Cockwood, near Dawlish. We have pleasant views over the village green from the bar, and a magnificent view of the Exe estuary from our large garden. We are also very family friendly. We pride ourselves on the quality and range of the food we serve, which as far as possible is all made here by us using locally sourced produce. Now under new ownership with our meat sourced from local butchers within 40 miles, we are developing our own sausages and offer a unique curry using freshly ground spices. We change our menu to relate to the changing seasons.

Near the A38 at Rattery, dating back to 1028AD, the pub is one of the oldest in Devon, with its historic open fireplace and aged oak beams, we are a real olde worlde pub.
