At the restaurant, our mission is to showcase local suppliers and delicious Devon produce in simple but elegant home style cooking. Our converted rice beaufort horsebox is available to cater private and corporate events, specialising in seafood. Our dishes are bought to life using fresh, local and sustainable produce. Injecting a healthy dose of #vitaminsea into every bite. We have also developed our own tasty product range, from G&Tea bags to red snapper jerky.

Welcome to La Petite Bouchée, our four-seater restaurant housed in the back of our 1971 Citroen HY Camper Van. 95% of our suppliers are within the West Country. Our aim is to source suppliers within a 25 mile radius and so far we have been successful with our meat, eggs, cheese and ambient products. Only our wine merchant remains in London, supplying us with quality wines from very small, organic and biodynamic vineyards in France.

Eating in The Riverford Field Kitchen is something to remember. We think great food tastes even better when you enjoy it with other people, so you will share your table with fellow diners for a feast of the freshest seasonal produce from our fields. Uniquely, there is just one sitting and the whole restaurant is served together at the same time. Seasonal sample menus for lunch and supper are available on the website. We are fully licensed and have a selection of organic wine, local juices, beers and cider, as well as some spirits. Why not enhance your visit by seeing what we grow? Guided tours complete with tractor-trailer rides can be booked April to October on Wednesdays or Thursdays. Alternatively, you can roam the fields yourself, free of charge with one of our easy-to-read maps and MP3 player with audio from Guy Watson. We even have wellies if you need them!
