Keltek Brewery was established in 1997, starting life in a small stable block on the Roseland Peninsular in Cornwall. For years the brewery was run more as a hobby than a business, but after receiving multiple national and international awards for its range of outstanding beers, the brewery soon expanded into a fully operational commercial enterprise. Today the brewery is located in Redruth and is one of the largest capacity breweries in the South West of England and proudly supply supermarkets, wholesales and pub groups worldwide. We are truly devoted to the area we live and work in. We now have 6 Keltek estate pubs in Cornwall, several of which were destined for closure, these community hubs mean so much to us.
Keltek Cornish Brewery produces a great range of traditional ales, ranging from 3.4% right up to Beheaded Strong Ale at 7.5%, we also have a 4% Pilsner style craft lager, Swifties. We are very proud of what we produce and where we live and are keen to showcase them to the world!
Despite classifying as a young vineyard, Aldwick has produced award-winning wines since the 2013 vintage. Our objective is not to conquer the mass market, but to secure an enduring reputation for providing the highest quality wine for the enjoyment of our clients and their guests.
Ilfracombe Chocolate Emporium is dedicated to all things chocolate. We live and breathe the lovely stuff. Here you can learn about the award winning production, and history of chocolate in our chocolate museum or just stock up on chocolate supplies for eating straight away from our shop.
What can you say? Chocolate everywhere, one treat after another. You could get your chocolate fix just breathing in the chocolate fumes. Our range is extensive and varies all the time.
Whether you want a Children's chocolate animal or an unusual flavour handmade chocolate, we do not compromise on quality.
We do like to indulge ourselves and our customers, so we are always experimenting with new flavours and fillings, but still keep the traditional favourites, like ginger, violet creams, coffee crèmes and hard caramels. We also specialise in personalised choc bars and boxed chocolates. If we can spell it, you can have a label printed with it on.
We are a family run business producing traditional farmhouse cider and farm pressed apple juice, with locally harvested Somerset apples. The cider farm is a traditional working farm where you can visit and sample all our ciders before you buy. We also have a seventy seat restaurant that serves fresh, locally produced, home cooked food daily, and also caters for vegetarian and food allergies.
We have expanded our wine and cider shop to include a deli where we have a wide selection of local produce to choose from. With a full offering of all Polgoon wines, ciders and juices please come into the shop and for those of you over 18 years of age, we can offer tastings of our drinks, soft drinks are also available. The Polgoon shop and deli also offers other locally made products and gifts, such as a range of jams, chutneys, eggs from our own hens, honey from our own bees and a range of wonderfully unique products from other producers around Cornwall.
We are open daily, Monday to Saturday 9am to 5.30 and during summer, also on Sundays from 10.30 until 4pm.
Our award winning products are brimming with West Country warmth. Since 1888 we have been tasting the worlds finest products for our blends. Every day we taste, roast and blend our products by the coast.
There are many things that makes Miles unique. Combining the modernity of today's state of the art coffee roasting and packing machinery, to the use of traditional methods for blending and tasting.
Perhaps the most interesting of all is the location. Based in the UK’s smallest National Park the stunning scenery inspires the Miles team daily and shines through all they do.
Miles Tea, Coffee and Hot Chocolate range can be found in Farm shops and a wide selection of supermarkets and convenience outlets across the West Country and beyond. Miles are the only brand in the UK to be listed in the top 5 for tea and coffee sections of ‘Best Brands’ magazine 2016. Miles work alongside Visit Somerset, Visit Exmoor, Somerset County Cricket Club, St Margaret’s Hospice and Somerset Day to name a few.
John Halls and Derek Miles still taste tea daily and they would personally invite you to try Miles Tea, Coffee and Heavenly Hot Chocolate.
Exmoor is a place where John, Derek and the Miles team call home.
