Tregida Smokehouse is a family run business producing traditional Cornish Oak smoked Fish, Meat and Game. We have reinvented traditional food smoking, combining old curing methods with the latest quality control and hygiene systems. We are located in picturesque countryside on the North Cornish Coast, ideally situated for the sourcing of fresh local produce. All products are free from artificial additives and flavourings - just sea salt and oak - and are ready to eat so can be used with little preparation, hot or cold in appetisers, salads, sandwiches or as quality ingredients in creative recipes - the options are endless. Our Oak Smoked Kipper was awarded Best of Fish in the 2012 Taste of the West Awards.

Despite classifying as a young vineyard, Aldwick has produced award-winning wines since the 2013 vintage. Our objective is not to conquer the mass market, but to secure an enduring reputation for providing the highest quality wine for the enjoyment of our clients and their guests.

We produce non-alcoholic ginger drinks based on an old family recipe handed down through generations. The drinks are still hand blended and bottled in the heart of Dorset. Our range of spicy drinks can be enjoyed on their own or mixed with soft drinks or spirits. We also produce a traditional Sicilian Lemonade. All our products are available in 75cl and 33cl bottles. 

Handmade round traditional steamed puddings, Orange & Cointreau, Cider & Apple, Lemon & Pimms. Also traditional Christmas puddings and a range of steamed sponges; treacle, ham, spotted dick and sticky toffee, sold direct to the public, retail and wholesale.
