Brinkworth Dairy makes milk, cream, cheese, yoghurt, butter and ice cream using milk from their traditional family farm. Their pedigree Friesian herd, established in 1910, graze on the lush pastures of the Dauntsey Vale. Wiltshire Loaf won the 'Best Territorial Cheese' at the British Cheese Awards in 2013.

We hand make artisanal gelato using the finest seasonal local ingredients in our lab in Salway Ash, near Bridport, Dorset. Our milk comes from an organic farm in Somerset, and we source as many of our ingredients as we can from local producers, starting with our own rambling garden and orchard. Our founder, Annie, was trained as a gelatiere in Italy. We work with a rapidly growing number of chefs and outlets in the West Country, as well as selling from our beach kiosks in West Bay and Lyme Regis, and our trailer at Felicity's Farm Shop, Morcombelake.
