We hand make artisanal gelato using the finest seasonal local ingredients in our lab in Salway Ash, near Bridport, Dorset. Our milk comes from an organic farm in Somerset, and we source as many of our ingredients as we can from local producers, starting with our own rambling garden and orchard. Our founder, Annie, was trained as a gelatiere in Italy. We work with a rapidly growing number of chefs and outlets in the West Country, as well as selling from our beach kiosks in West Bay and Lyme Regis, and our trailer at Felicity's Farm Shop, Morcombelake.
